The monthly fee is only one part of the cost

A restaurant POS quote should describe what happens at the counter, at tables, in the kitchen and when the owner checks the day remotely. A low subscription is less useful if the printer route, stock module or second register you need is priced separately.

Ask for a first-year total and a renewal-year total. Separate recurring software from implementation, equipment and optional modules. Specify the number of locations, cashier devices and preparation stations so every supplier prices the same service.

Rendo’s published software and setup prices

The table below shows North Macedonia pricing: 2,490 / 3,990 / 5,990 MKD monthly in every website language. Changing language does not change the price.

Annual billing covers 12 months for the price of 10, including selected add-ons. Stock & Recipes and Purchasing are optional on every plan: each costs 999 MKD per location per month. Purchasing requires Stock & Recipes, so the combined add-on fee is 1,998 MKD. Setup and hardware are separate.

Activity Alerts is a separate optional add-on from 299 MKD per location per month. It can be added without Stock & Recipes or Purchasing. Choose the event allowance you need and include it in the recurring location total.

A concrete first-year budget

For a North Macedonia venue on Core, paying monthly, the software is 2,490 × 12 = 29,880 MKD. Add the published 14,900 MKD implementation fee: 44,780 MKD before hardware, optional add-ons and any applicable tax. With annual billing, software is 24,900 MKD; the same setup makes 39,800 MKD before those separate costs.

This is an arithmetic example, not a complete installation quote. A counter-only café and a restaurant routing orders to a kitchen and bar need different equipment. Ask whether taxes, delivery, installation visits and ongoing support are included in the final written offer.

Buy the workflow your venue needs

  • Core: Counter service, up to 20 staff-managed tables, daily cash control and basic reports covering up to 30 days with CSV export.
  • Flow: add customer QR ordering and kitchen or bar preparation routes with station printing.
  • Pro: More registers, preparation stations and detailed analytics. Everything in Flow.
  • Multiple locations: get a location-by-location quote; one organization dashboard does not mean every branch is included in one subscription.
  • Stock & Recipes and Purchasing can be added separately to the base plan; Purchasing requires Stock & Recipes.

Five questions before you accept a quote

Choose the offer that matches your service and support needs. A written scope and a realistic demonstration are more useful than a headline discount.

  1. Can you demonstrate my actual counter and table workflow, including settlement?
  2. Which exact printer and fiscal-device models are included and tested?
  3. What happens to orders and printing during an internet interruption?
  4. Can I export my records, and what remains accessible if I stop renewing?
  5. What will a second location, extra terminal or purchasing module cost?
