Every package includes the same event choices and up to three receiving devices per location. One monthly allowance is shared by the location, not multiplied per employee or device.

When does an activity alert count?
Counter orders notify after successful payment confirmation. Staff table orders notify after the first submitted round; additional table rounds do not create another new-order alert.
With both order and payment choices enabled, a counter sale produces one combined order/payment notification. Table payments notify when fully settled, rather than for each partial payment.
How does the monthly allowance work?
An eligible event counts once across receiving devices. Retries do not consume another allowance. Usage resets each calendar month in the location’s timezone, including on annual billing.
At the limit, grace is at most 24 hours or 10% extra events, whichever comes first. Activity pushes then pause until the reset or an approved upgrade. There are no automatic upgrades or overage charges.
How is it enabled, and what stays separate?
Rendo enables the paid entitlement first. Owners and authorized location managers then opt in per location and event. Manual trials can expire without automatically becoming paid access.
Essential operational notices and existing low-stock alerts stay independent of Activity Alerts and its allowance. Stock & Recipes and Purchasing remain separate optional modules.
Which devices and notification details are supported?
Install the owner web app on compatible iOS or Android devices and grant notification permission. Delivery depends on the browser, OS, permissions, connectivity and notification settings.
Push can show the location, order number, total, recorded employee and a brief product/quantity summary. Tapping opens authenticated order or shift details, subject to location access. Notifications support English, Albanian and Macedonian.
Visibility covers transactions and staff activity recorded in Rendo. It cannot detect sales that were never entered into the POS.
