Rendo POS, built around self-service.
Rendo POS (RendoPOS) is ordering and management software for food venues and local chains in North Macedonia. It connects guest QR ordering, optional touchscreen kiosks, the cashier, preparation and pickup in one order flow.
One menu. One order through service.
Guests browse the location’s menu, choose sizes and extras and submit their order. The cashier confirms payment before preparation. QR ordering is included in Flow and Pro; kiosks are licensed separately per screen. The current guest flow uses payment at a staffed cashier.
Staff can also take counter orders. Owners use the connected dashboard to manage menus and teams and review each branch’s sales and shifts. A copied branch menu is independent after copying.

We prepare your menu, configure supported POS terminals and printers, train your staff and test the complete order flow before launch. We agree the installation scope and cost for your venue in advance.
Equipment, complex migrations, custom integrations and extra on-site work are assessed and quoted separately.

Ulliri Garden is the summer garden and ice cream space by Restaurant Ulliri in Tetovo. With more than 6,000 orders processed over a two-month period, the guest journey matters at every step. Rendo lets guests choose and submit from their phone, while payment stays at the cashier and preparation follows the same order. The venue uses two cashier POS terminals, including one that could serve QR-order payments when the other was busy.
