How Ulliri Garden connects guest orders to pickup.

At Ulliri Garden in Tetovo, guests order from a QR menu, pay at the cashier and follow their order through preparation and pickup.

The service flow

The service challenge

The cashier is a natural bottleneck when choosing, ordering and paying all happen in the same queue. For the Garden, the service needs to keep orders accurate while giving the cashier and preparation team clear, connected work.

The Rendo workflow

Rendo connects these steps in one order flow. The guest submits from the QR menu, the cashier records payment, and the team handles preparation and pickup against that order.

Less waiting at the cashier

Guests choose and submit their order on their phone. The cashier can focus on payment instead of taking every item verbally.

More accurate orders

The items guests select are recorded directly in the order, giving the cashier and preparation team the same request to work from.

Choosing before joining the payment queue

A QR menu gives guests room to browse at their own pace. They can make their choices before approaching the cashier, so the conversation at the counter focuses on confirming and paying for an order that already exists.

For the venue, the reported benefit is less time spent taking each order verbally and less waiting at the cashier. The cashier remains responsible for recording payment, while the guest has already entered the requested items.

The guest starts with the menu

A QR code opens the venue’s ordering menu in the guest’s browser. Guests do not need a separate app to browse products and submit an order. The order carries the context of the ordering point so the team can identify the request.

The cashier confirms payment

Submitting the order is not the same as paying it. The guest pays at the cashier and staff record the payment. This keeps the payment record attached to the order rather than relying on a separate note or message.

Two cashier terminals for a busier service

Ulliri Garden uses two POS terminals. One could focus on guests who had already ordered by QR while the other handled the counter, giving the team another payment point when service was busy.

The team decides where to serve each guest. The benefit is a more flexible cashier setup, with the selected items and payment kept together in the order.

The same request, across every role

The guest’s choices do not have to be re-entered from a spoken order. The cashier works from the submitted request, and the preparation team receives the relevant items once payment is confirmed.

This gives the team a shared order record through service. The venue reports more accurate orders, with the request, payment and preparation status kept together.

The owner reported that the previous system could group ice cream orders and choices incorrectly. With Rendo, the guest’s selected items and options stay attached to the order, giving the cashier and preparation team a clearer request.

Preparation stays connected to the order

Eligible paid items enter the configured preparation flow. Kitchen or bar staff see the work relevant to their station, mark it ready and keep pickup status attached to the same order. Guests can follow the order’s status from their ordering screen.

A flow shaped around the venue.

The Garden uses QR ordering with payment at the cashier. For another venue, the starting point is its own service model: counter orders, guest QR orders or staff-managed table rounds. The menu, preparation stations and devices should be configured around that service.
