When you request a demonstration or contact us, we receive your name and email address, together with the business name, phone number, venue type, selected plan and message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, arrange onboarding and keep a record of our conversation.

The website sends your enquiry to the Rendo team and sends a confirmation to your email address through Resend. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the message.

If you allow optional enquiry source measurement, we include your entry-page path, referring website and campaign labels with your demo request. You can change this choice in Cookie preferences.

The platform processes the information needed for your configured service: organizations and locations, accounts and staff access, paired devices, tables and orders, payment records, shifts, preparation activity, menus, inventory, recipes, suppliers, purchase orders and deliveries.

Venues decide what information they enter about their staff, guests and suppliers and how they use it. Rendo handles operational information to deliver the configured service under the customer agreement. If your enquiry concerns an order or employment record held by a venue, contact that venue first.

We use service information to provide the platform, authenticate users and devices, maintain order and stock records, support customers and investigate faults or misuse. Contact and account information also supports onboarding, billing and service communications.

The applicable basis for processing depends on the activity: steps requested before a contract or delivery of an agreed service, legitimate operational and security interests where permitted, legal requirements, or consent when an activity requires it. A demo request is not consent to unrelated marketing.

The marketing website is hosted on Vercel. Resend delivers website enquiry emails. The hosted product uses Convex for its backend and stored operational data. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services.

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Contact us for information about the hosting and contractual arrangements that apply to your service. Third-party websites linked from Rendo have their own privacy notices.

The website can store a language preference cookie. Its current implementation does not include advertising trackers or a third-party audience analytics SDK. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

The product uses browser or desktop storage for sessions, device context, cached menus, drafts and pending offline orders. Reconnecting may send accepted pending records to the hosted platform. Signing out is not a promise that every cached operational record has been erased; take care when using shared devices.

Access controls and authenticated sessions are used to restrict service access. Customers also need to protect accounts, staff access and paired devices. No system can guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.

Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Operational information is retained according to the service agreement, account status and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Security investigations, disputes and legal obligations can affect retention. Ask us about deletion or export before ending a service; removal from active systems, local devices and backups can follow different processes.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. We may need to verify your identity and determine whether Rendo or the venue should handle the request.
