Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the Rendo website, hospitality platform and paired POS software. Your agreed quotation, order or service agreement determines the commercial scope of your installation.
Onboarding and permitted use
Rendo is provided for lawful hospitality and business operations. Customer workspaces and devices are configured through onboarding; browsing this website does not create a customer account or activate a subscription.
Use the service within your agreed plan, enabled features and authorized access. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other venues or use the service unlawfully.
Plans, prices and add-ons
The agreed quotation or service agreement determines your currency, fees, billing period, location and device limits, renewal and cancellation arrangements. Website prices are indicative until agreed; language-based offers and approximate currency conversions are not interchangeable contractual prices.
Purchasing is an optional paid add-on per location. Setup, hardware, on-site work, training and custom services may be priced separately. Where annual billing is offered as two months free, the software price is ten monthly payments for twelve months of use; your agreement specifies payment and renewal terms.
Accounts and operational information
Customers are responsible for granting appropriate administrator and staff access, protecting credentials and paired devices, and keeping their workspace information accurate.
Customers decide which staff, guest and supplier information to enter and are responsible for the notices and permissions required for their use. Do not enter data you are not authorized to process. The Privacy notice describes Rendo’s handling of information.
Connectivity and offline operation
Offline behaviour depends on the workflow and the device’s existing configuration. The current counter POS can retain supported order drafts locally for later submission. This does not mean that every action, payment record, table change or stock movement is completed in the cloud while disconnected.
Local thermal or fiscal device communication is separate from creation and authorization of hosted jobs. A job already obtained by a paired device may continue locally; this is not a blanket guarantee for new offline printing, fiscal sales or card authorization. Pending records can require review after reconnection. Confirm the required workflow during onboarding and consult the Help Center for the current scope.
Hardware, payments and fiscal requirements
Printer, fiscal-device, card-terminal and network behaviour depends on the actual model, connection and configured integration. Compatibility and the required receipt workflow must be verified for your installation.
Recording a card payment in Rendo is not itself bank authorization. Customers remain responsible for payment-provider arrangements, fiscal and tax requirements, their business records and acceptance of the installed hardware workflow. Rendo’s inventory and purchasing records do not replace an accounting system or professional advice.
Availability and support
The service can be affected by maintenance, updates, local network or hardware problems and third-party outages. Support, installation assistance and any service commitments are those stated in your agreement.
Report problems with enough information to investigate them. Do not assume an unsynchronized or failed transaction was accepted; review pending work and use the recovery process appropriate to the device and workflow.
Ending or restricting service
Access may be restricted or ended according to the service agreement for non-payment, misuse, security reasons or a breach of agreed terms. An expired plan can limit new work; it does not promise immediate deletion of existing records.
Arrange any needed exports, device handling and retention requirements before ending the service. Payment obligations, cancellation dates and data-handling arrangements are governed by your agreement and applicable law.
Website material and third-party links
Product screenshots and illustrative layouts help explain the service; they do not promise a particular venue’s results. Decorative sample venue wordmarks are not customer endorsements. Buying guides and vendor comparisons are published by Rendo and should be checked against current supplier offers.
Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Do not treat a guide or hardware reference as legal, tax or fiscal approval for your installation.
Changes and contact
The date above identifies this version. A website update does not by itself replace the commercial terms of an existing customer agreement. Contact us to clarify your installation, quotation or these terms.
