Questions about switching
Can you help us switch from ThinkerPOS?
We review your menu, equipment and available exports, then agree what can be moved or entered in Rendo. Historical sales, fiscal records and accounting data are not automatically transferred. Complex migrations are assessed and quoted separately.
Can we keep our current equipment?
Send the till, printer and fiscal-device models before deciding. We check support and test the agreed setup; working with another POS does not by itself prove compatibility with Rendo.
How should we compare the price?
Ask both providers for the software, setup, training, devices, taxes, optional features and migration work you need. Compare the same number of locations and devices over the same period.
